The last chord im 90% sure of, Emily doesnt always seem to be holding down the g string on the 8th fret.
So... There is also an  chord she is using in the end of her own litle twist of this song. 
I dont have the lyrics to that part though so i wont be tabbing that part. 

The hardest part with this song is getting the rythm down, Emily and Magic is playing in a rythm that i with
no guitar lessons would like to call "jamaican rythm". An ofbeat rythm.

This is how i did it and im sure there are better ways but im selftaught on guitar so... 

So i slowed down the video and watched it a couple times. This is pretty much the fingerpicking pattern.
Start out slow and then increase speed until that you can play with Emily. 
When she switch to strumming in chorus its pretty much: 
Down - Up - Slap - Down.
